He started his sea career in 1996 as a deck cadet onboard SCI Ships and sailed on various types of vessels including as Master before stepping ashore. He was the DPA/CSO/Manning head of Gati ship Pvt Ltd and Later went on to head a premier large singapore based Crew management company,Which was handling all kinds of vessels,mainly Tankers/Bulkers/Gas and other types of ships.
Some of the owners worked was CIDO/NYK/BP/NORDIC/UACC.

Shifted to Shore Organisation in 2010 and has been handling various departments as Head of Manning, Operations in reputed Indian companies with strong international presence. Extensive experience in the field of Manning for almost 10 years. Have vast Experience in dealing with varied nationality from manning prospective.
